Michael Craig Rhem, a 58-year-old Black / African American male also known as "Big Mike," was tragically killed on August 29, 2024, in Seattle, Washington. His life was cut short when he was found shot in the head on the 7th floor of the Olive Ridge apartment building on 17th Avenue in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The shooting occurred shortly before 8:30 AM, and despite the efforts of first responders, Rhem died at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds.
