Robert-Michael "SUV" A. Cash, age 31, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023. The incident occurred at a BP gas station on South Smithville Road in Kettering, Ohio.

According to police reports, Cash and the suspect, Peter Betts Jr. of Bellbrook, had been out together earlier that evening. Betts had taken Cash's phone, and they agreed to meet at the gas station for Betts to return it. However, an argument ensued between the two men, leading to a violent confrontation.
