Richard Cabell, a 44-year-old man from Albuquerque, New Mexico, was tragically killed on June 20, 2023, at the Copper Ridge Apartments located at 557 Tramway Blvd. The Albuquerque Police Department investigated the incident as a homicide.

On July 5, 2023, APD homicide detectives charged Dorian McCuller, 42, with Cabell's murder. McCuller faces an open count of murder and tampering with evidence in connection with the killing. According to the police, the murder occurred during a dispute o ...
