In the early morning hours of July 28, 2024, the life of 44-year-old Nathan Ogden was cut short in a fatal home invasion in Capitan, New Mexico. At approximately 4:30 a.m., a vehicle carrying four individuals arrived at Ogden's residence at 104 Aspen, Trailer 18. One of the individuals, Benisha Shanta, 33, of Capitan, approached the door and knocked for several minutes.
