On January 17, 2023, Craig L. Hortman, a 53-year-old resident of St. Cloud, Minnesota, was fatally shot in an apartment located in the 300 block of 14th Avenue Southeast. The incident occurred on the Southeast Side of St. Cloud, and Hortman was pronounced dead at the scene.
