Larry Jiles Jr., also known as "Chef Hot Hands," was a 34-year-old chef from Hugo, Minnesota, who tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on February 25, 2023, in St. Paul. The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. in the 500 block of Dale Street North, outside a senior living apartment building where a celebration of life ceremony had just concluded.
