In the rural community of Falls-of-Rough, Kentucky, a dispute between neighbors over a dog escalated into a fatal encounter, claiming the life of 46-year-old Benjamin Vibbert. The male victim was shot and killed on the morning of Thursday, February 2, 2023, in the Short Creek area of Grayson County. The incident unfolded around 10:39 a.m. near the 100 block of Keith's Crossing, where a confrontation between Vibbert and his neighbor, Michael Baker, turned violent.
