In the late summer of 2023, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Independence, Kentucky, over a dispute that, by all accounts, had nothing to do with him. Seth Robert Burns, a 23-year-old male, was shot and killed on August 25, 2023, in an act of violence that stemmed from a social media argument between two families.
