On May 22, 2023, 22-year-old Shelson Jules, known to some as JJ, was fatally shot in Waltham, Massachusetts. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 1:30 a.m., on Lyman Street near Faneuil Road. The Waltham Police Department responded to a report of shots fired and found Jules outside on the sidewalk with apparent gunshot wounds. Despite being treated at the scene and then taken to Lahey Hospital, he was pronounced dead.
