In the late afternoon of August 14, 2023, the life of 10-year-old Aubrianna Lynn Serra, a White female from Springfield, Massachusetts, was irrevocably altered. A neighbor from an upstairs apartment, 34-year-old Victor Nieves, forced his way into the unsuspecting family's home on Berkshire Avenue.
