Zharia Monae Wilcox, a 24-year-old resident of Waltham, Massachusetts, died on August 2, 2024, as a result of a fatal shooting. The incident occurred in a parking lot adjacent to an apartment building on Second Avenue in Waltham. Police responded to the scene at approximately 11:30 p.m. and found Wilcox suffering from an apparent gunshot wound; she was pronounced dead at the scene.
