On July 15, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Bolingbrook, Illinois, resulting in the deaths of Simeon Hendrickson and his wife, Laurie Hendrickson. Simeon Hendrickson, 61, was working on one of his handguns inside their home in the 700-block of Dalton Lane on Saturday evening around 5:45 p.m. When the gun accidentally discharged, it struck his wife, Laurie Hendrickson, who was 60 years old.
