On January 2, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Cicero, Illinois, resulting in the deaths of two women and the wounding of a 10-month-old baby. The victims, identified as 29-year-old Jessica Hughes and 19-year-old Myeshia Newby, were found with gunshot wounds in the basement of a residence in the 1800 block of South 48th Court.
