On February 2, 2024, 43-year-old Victoria Tillotson of Moline, Illinois, was found dead inside a parked car at an apartment building in the 3600 block of 25th Street in Moline. The discovery was made around 11:45 a.m. when officers from the Moline Police Department responded to the scene.
