On August 25, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, resulting in the death of 32-year-old Joel Cardenas. The incident took place in the early morning hours, around 2:30 a.m., in the 1700 block of North Harding Avenue.
