On August 4, 2024, James Albert Kinsey, a 37-year-old resident of Calhoun, Georgia, was fatally shot outside the Carriage Apartments located in the 900 block of Red Bud Road in Calhoun. The incident occurred on a Sunday night around 9 p.m.
