Boyd’s obituary identified him as Jeffrey Brian Boyd of Burlington and said he was born on October 7, 1965, in Ranson, West Virginia, to Glenn Martin Boyd and Nancy Sharon Boyd. It noted that he was survived by his sister, Kathy Deal, and that no services were planned at that time.
