Jeffrey Brian Boyd, a 57-year-old male from Burlington, West Virginia, died on January 28, 2023, after he was found inside a burning residence in Hampshire County. What first appeared to be an emergency fire call quickly became something far more troubling when firefighters extinguishing the blaze discovered Boyd's body inside the home. The fire was reported around 2 p.m. at a residence on Larion Drive in the Windy Acres area near Junction, close to the Purgitsville area of Hampshire County.
