Thomas J. Platt, a 45-year-old Caucasian male, was found deceased on Friday, December 1, 2023, in a home in Vienna, West Virginia. His life was cut short in what police have described as a double murder. Another victim, 43-year-old Christy L. Roseberry, was also discovered at the scene. Both individuals had died from apparent gunshot wounds. The discovery was made by a family member in the afternoon, prompting an immediate investigation by the Vienna Police Department.
