Victortadao Hobbs, also known as Maurice Hobbs, was tragically murdered on January 26, 2017, just two days after celebrating his 18th birthday. The young man, who had dreams of a music career, was shot while walking down Agave Road in Jacksonville, Florida, alongside a friend who survived with injuries.
