On February 29, 2024, a deadly shooting occurred in Bountiful, Utah, resulting in the death of Uatisone "Junior" Kelemete, a 20-year-old resident of West Bountiful. The incident took place early in the morning, around 1 a.m., in the area of 1950 S. Bonneview Drive.
