On the evening of January 8, 2023, a young man's life was cut tragically short in a Council Bluffs, Iowa, apartment. Tucker August Dobberstein, a 19-year-old male from Fremont, Nebraska, was found deceased on the floor of an apartment at 209 South 4th Street. The cause of his death was a gunshot wound to the chest.
