On March 16, 2021, a tragic shooting incident occurred at a home near 65th Avenue and Camelback Road in west Phoenix, Arizona, resulting in the deaths of four people, including Isaias Garcia Tovar, Sr.

Isaias Garcia Tovar, Sr., who was 62 years old, was one of the victims of this shooting.
