On May 2, 2015, Sandra Hatfield, a 64-year-old resident of Tucson, Arizona, and formerly of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, lost her life in a tragic incident. The events unfolded when Hatfield went to the residence of her romantic partner, 54-year-old Andrew Poe, in the 2700 block of North Winstel Blvd in Tucson.
