On December 20, 2017, Deangelo Tillie, 28, was shot and killed in his apartment at Camelot Gardens Apartments in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred while his young daughter was visiting for the holidays. Two unknown assailants entered the apartment and shot Tillie multiple times while his daughter was in another room.
