Michael Agerter, a 31-year-old resident of Maricopa, Arizona, was fatally shot on December 16, 2016. The incident occurred in the garage of his rental home in the Rancho El Dorado area. When police arrived at the scene, they found Agerter seated in his car, having been shot in the head and back.
