In the early hours of a Friday morning in Phoenix, Arizona, a domestic dispute escalated into a tragedy that would leave two people dead and nine police officers injured. Shatifah Lobley, a 29-year-old woman, was shot and killed on February 11, 2022, by her 36-year-old ex-boyfriend, Morris Richard Jones.
