On January 12, 2023, Janet Johnson, 82, was found deceased in her Sahuarita, Arizona home in what was determined to be a tragic murder-suicide. Authorities received a 9-1-1 call around 1:03 PM from her husband, 78-year-old Mark Johnson, who admitted to shooting his wife before taking his own life.
