On December 18, 2023, a series of tragic events unfolded in north Phoenix, Arizona, resulting in the deaths of four individuals, including 62-year-old Carmen Buscemi.

Carmen Buscemi was one of the victims in a shooting that occurred at a commercial business area near 27th Avenue and Deer Valley Road.
