Daniela MacKenzy Espinosa, a 15-year-old from Phoenix, Arizona, was tragically lost to gun violence on January 14, 2024. The incident occurred inside her home, where she was shot and killed by a 17-year-old who was manipulating a gun. This event also resulted in her brother being shot in the foot, although he has since been discharged from the hospital.
