In the early morning hours of October 27, 2018, a confrontation at a home in Hebron, Nebraska, resulted in the shooting death of 28-year-old Remington Elting, a White male from the nearby community of Davenport. The incident stemmed from an altercation that had occurred the previous night at a party in Davenport.
