Lanetta Mills, a 26-year-old woman from Delmar, Delaware, was tragically found murdered on November 18, 1996. Her body was discovered in a rural area of Sussex County, Delaware, on a dirt road near the intersection of Route 54 and Clarke Avenue, a location not far from her home. Lanetta had been reported missing earlier that evening, and her death was soon ruled a homicide by the authorities.
