On June 1, 2012, 19-year-old Kendra M. Dobyns was found lying in the roadway at the intersection of Pyles Lane and Turner Drive in New Castle, Delaware. She had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. At the time of her death, Kendra was four months pregnant.
