Jennifer Fertig, a 34-year-old resident of Bear, Delaware, tragically lost her life on July 21, 2015. The incident occurred at her residence on Monferrato Court in the Pine Woods community, a typically quiet suburban neighborhood. New Castle County Police were dispatched to the home around 3:30 pm after receiving a concerning 911 call reporting a domestic dispute in progress.
