White / Caucasian Jennifer Fertig, age 34, died on July 21, 2015, in her home on Monferrato Court in the Pine Woods community of Bear, Delaware. Police were called that Tuesday afternoon and discovered two bodies: the 34-year-old Bear resident and Michael Jackson, age 35, of Newark. Investigators said Jackson arrived at the house later in the day, and a witness reported hearing a domestic argument shortly before officers entered and found both individuals deceased.
