On December 25, 2015, 26-year-old Bonnie Royer and her boyfriend, 35-year-old Eric Williams, were found deceased in Williams' SUV on Sanford Road in Manchester, Maine. The couple, who resided together on Easy Street in Augusta, were discovered after one of them made a 911 call around 3:30 a.m. Autopsies confirmed that both died from gunshot wounds, leading authorities to classify the incident as a double homicide.
