On March 16, 2019, in Presque Isle, Maine, a tragic incident occurred involving 35-year-old Matthew Leavitt and his 14-month-old son, Quinten. According to the Maine State Police, Matthew Leavitt fatally shot his son before taking his own life. The event unfolded at their residence on Reach Road, prompting a response from local law enforcement and the State Police Tactical Team.
