On October 3, 2020, Joshua Martin, 30, formerly of Rochester, New York, was fatally shot at a residence on Squire Court in Winthrop, Maine. At the time of his death, Martin was known to be staying in the Augusta area. The State Medical Examiner's Office ruled his death a homicide.
