In the summer of 2015, on a July evening in Ballantine, Montana, the life of 35-year-old Wesley "Wes" Sindelar, a Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. On July 20th, a heated confrontation with his father, James Douglas Sindelar, ended in a fatal gunshot wound. The incident occurred at Wesley's home on Thunderstick Road, where his father had been living in a tent on the property.
The catalyst for the deadly encounter was reportedly Wesley's drinking and the noise that accompanied it.
