Ronda Dee Ray, a 42-year-old resident of Great Falls, Montana, tragically lost her life on June 9, 2018. Her death was ruled a homicide, stemming from a domestic violence incident.

The perpetrator was identified as her boyfriend, Michael Howard Willey, 56, who had a documented history of violence against Ray. He had been arrested previously for assaulting her, causing significant injuries. Despite these red flags, he was out on bond at the time of the murder.
