On April 22, 2024, the life of Randall Robert Livingston, a 58-year-old White/Caucasian male from Billings, Montana, was tragically cut short. What was initially considered an unattended death was later determined to be a homicide. An autopsy revealed that Livingston died as a result of blunt force trauma to his head.
