Murdered

Randall Robert Livingston, a 58-year-old man from Billings, Montana, tragically lost his life on April 22, 2024. His death, initially investigated as an unattended death, was later ruled a homicide after an autopsy revealed he died from blunt force trauma to the head.

The incident occurred at a residence in Billings where a disturbance had been reported. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found Livingston unresponsive. He was pronounced dead shortly after.
