In the quiet early morning hours of August 14, 2018, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the life of 23-year-old Hispanic/Latino male, Jorge Juarez, was tragically cut short in an act of sudden violence. The day began with a terrifying discovery for his 21-year-old sister when she awoke around 9:30 a.m. to find 20-year-old Pedro Zamora in her bedroom with her and Zamora's 2-year-old child.
