In the early morning hours of February 24, 2019, a dispute that began over jukebox music inside a Hayden, Idaho bar called The Tipsy Pine escalated into a fatal encounter in the parking lot outside. Michael Christopher Clark, a 45-year-old White male known to his friends as "Topher," was shot and killed during the altercation.
