Luis Valentine, a 53-year-old resident of Gooding, Idaho, died on September 2, 2019, in what authorities determined to be a homicide. Valentine was found deceased in his home on West Elm Street in Gooding.

The Gooding Police Department, with assistance from the Idaho State Police, investigated the incident. They determined that Valentine had suffered multiple stab wounds.
