On March 12, 2020, 45-year-old Dr. Brian Stephen Drake, a chiropractor practicing in Bonners Ferry and Hayden, Idaho, was found deceased in his Bonners Ferry office from a gunshot wound. The Bonners Ferry Police Department, with assistance from the Idaho State Police, initiated an investigation into his death.
