In the late afternoon chill of November 19, 2017, the life of 18-year-old Ian Jewell, a White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in the parking lot of an Ace Hardware in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Jewell, a resident of Manchester and a senior at Manchester Memorial High School, was found with a single gunshot wound to the chest.
