On February 3, 2023, at approximately 8:15 a.m., Berlin Police officers responded to multiple reports of gunshots fired at 568 Sullivan Street in Berlin, New Hampshire. Upon arrival, they discovered 40-year-old resident Christopher Veliz outside the building, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Mr. Veliz was pronounced dead at the scene.
