On December 20, 2023, 61-year-old Claire Flynn was found deceased in her Centredale Avenue home in North Providence, Rhode Island. Her brother, concerned after not hearing from her since Thanksgiving, discovered her lying face down on the living room floor and contacted authorities. The Medical Examiner's Office determined that Flynn died from a single gunshot wound, classifying her death as a homicide.
