On a cold January day in 2018, the life of Seth James Murray, a 30-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Watertown, South Dakota. On January 12th, authorities were called to the scene of a shooting where they discovered Murray had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. In the immediate aftermath of the incident, the Watertown Police Department began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the young man's death.
