On January 4, 2019, in Riverton, Wyoming, 30-year-old Jocelyn Watt and her partner, Rudy Perez, were tragically murdered in their home. The assailant, 16-year-old Brandon Donald Monroe, along with accomplices, broke into their residence with the intent to steal marijuana and money. During the invasion, Monroe fatally shot both Watt and Perez.
