Dominique Kelly, a 33-year-old woman from Minot, North Dakota, was found dead on June 3, 2021. Her body was discovered inside a burning vehicle in Minot. Authorities determined her death to be a homicide.

Kamauri Kennedy, who had ties to Kelly, was identified as a suspect. At the time of the murder, Kennedy was on federal probation for a 2013 conviction related to the theft of Rolex watches from a jewelry store in Atlanta, Georgia. He was required to remain in Michigan as a condition ...Read More
