During the confrontation, Dae Han Moon, who was also 20 years old at the time, allegedly retrieved a firearm from his vehicle.
Witnesses reported that Moon initially used the gun to strike Feliciano before firing a single shot that struck him in the back of the head. The shocking incident sent panicked shoppers scrambling for safety as Feliciano's friends desperately tried to help him.
Emergency responders rushed Feliciano to Queen's Medical Center, where he fought for his life for several days. Sadly, despite the efforts of medical professionals, Feliciano succumbed to his injuries, leaving his family and friends devastated.
