The tragic incident unfolded on Christmas Day 2016 at the Ala Moana Center, a popular shopping destination in Honolulu. Stevie Feliciano, a 20-year-old local resident, was with a group of friends in the mall's parking garage when an altercation arose with another group of individuals. The dispute allegedly stemmed from a disagreement over a marijuana transaction.
